Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheer van klantgegevens en klantfacturatie.
- Opvolgen van openstaande vorderingen en betalingen.
- Beantwoorden van vragen rond facturatie en betalingsverkeer.
- Verwerken en reconciliëren van bankverrichtingen in het ERP-systeem.
- Opvolgen van domiciliëringen, terugbetalingen en manuele betalingen.
- Reconciliatie van balansrekeningen en klantenbalansen.
- Toezien op een correcte toepassing van contractuele facturatie- en betalingsvoorwaarden.
- Ondersteunen van maandafsluitingen, provisies en rapporteringen.
- Beheer van prijszetting en commerciële kortingen.
- Meewerken aan optimalisatieprojecten en ERP-verbeteringen.
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor in een financiële of economische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Ervaring binnen accounting, facturatie of credit control.
- Sterke kennis van Excel.
- Nauwkeurig, analytisch en communicatief sterk.
- Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus.
