Vous affichez une solide expertise technique et souhaitez occuper une fonction polyvalente ? Devenez un maillon essentiel de notre usine en rejoignant notre site industriel comme Référent Technique de terrain , véritable bras droit du responsable de production.
Vos ResponsabilitésAu sein d'un outil de production performant, vous jouez un rôle clé basé sur la flexibilité :
- Soutien opérationnel : Prêter main-forte sur les postes stratégiques du site (Secteur Bois, Process, Laboratoire) pour garantir la continuité des opérations.
- Maintenance de niveau 1 : Poser les pré-diagnostics lors des pannes, exécuter les dépannages courants et coordonner les intervenants extérieurs.
- Pilotage : Surveiller et régler le fonctionnement des lignes automatisées via les pupitres de commande.
- Relais d'information : Assurer une communication fluide et transparente entre le terrain et le management.
Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous répondez aux prérequis suivants :
- Formation : Enseignement secondaire technique (CESS / A2) à orientation industrielle, appuyé par des notions solides en mécanique et hydraulique.
- Savoir-faire : Aptitude à déchiffrer les schémas techniques industriels et maîtrise des outils informatiques de suivi de production.
- Logistique : Pratique de la conduite d'engins d'usine et de la gestion de stock.
- Savoir-être : Réactivité, sens de l'organisation et aisance relationnelle pour trancher rapidement sur le terrain.
