Description du poste
Compétences requises :
- Esprit fortement orienté vers le service et approche professionnelle, accordant systématiquement la priorité à la satisfaction des clients.
- Maîtrise d’Opera Cloud et bonne connaissance des systèmes de gestion hôtelière et de réception.
- Expérience souhaitée dans les opérations de réception au sein d’hôtels internationaux ou d’enseignes similaires.
- Compétences avérées en matière de résolution de problèmes, de prise de décision et de gestion de crise, ainsi que capacité à traiter les réclamations des clients avec professionnalisme.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à s'adapter à des horaires de travail par équipes.
- Esprit d'équipe développé et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les différents services.
- Capacité à leader une équipe, encadrer et coacher ses collègues
- Style de travail rigoureux, responsable et bien organisé.
Qualifications
2 ans ou plus dans un hôtel en réception est un plus
