Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, notre client recrute un(e) facility assistant pour rejoindre son équipe Facility dédiée à un client actif dans le secteur pharmaceutique. Tu soutiens la gestion des interventions et des tâches administratives liées à l'activité technique sur ce site.
ProfilEn tant que facility assistant, tu es un maillon essentiel entre les équipes techniques, les fournisseurs et notre client. Tu assures le suivi des interventions du début à la fin, tu veilles à la bonne circulation de l'information et tu garantis un suivi administratif rigoureux, au service de la satisfaction de notre client.
Tes responsabilités sont les suivantes :Support à la gestion des interventions : planification, suivi et coordination avec les équipes techniques
Apporter un support administratif à la maintenance et aux chantiers de rénovation
Support administratif relatifs aux rapports d'interventions, en assurer la relecture et la correction
Créer les commandes et les factures, et en assurer le suivi
Assurer le suivi des stocks et anticiper les besoins en approvisionnement
Être en contact avec les fournisseurs, les clients et les autres interlocuteurs internes et externes
Assurer le suivi administratif général et l'encodage des données dans nos outils
Ton profil
Tu es titulaire d'un diplôme en administration ou une formation équivalente
Tu possèdes une première expérience professionnelle idéalement dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou dans un domaine tout aussi exigeant
Tu maitrises la suite Microsoft Office 365, dont Excel de manière avancé, et tu es à l'aise avec Odoo
Tu as des notions d'anglais et tu ne crains pas de l'utiliser au quotidien
Ton sens de l'organisation et ta capacité à gérer les priorités sont ta force
La rigueur et la structure sont des réflexes chez toi, pas des contraintes
Tu es aussi à l'aise en autonomie, qu'en équipe
Ta communication est fluide et tu sais t'adapter facilement aux imprévus du quotidien
Intérim en vue d'un contrat à durée indéterminée avec un package salarial attractif : GSM et abonnement, laptop, bonus sur base des objectifs du groupe, 20 jours de congés + 6 jours RTT, une assurance hospitalisation.
