Description de fonction
Binnen deze rol speel je een centrale rol in het verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders binnen een internationale context. Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve afhandeling en bewaakt de kwaliteit, timing en communicatie doorheen het volledige orderproces.
- Coördineren en opvolgen van het volledige orderproces van aanvraag tot levering
- Verwerken van verkooporders en Offretes in SAP met focus op nauwkeurigheid
- Afstemmen met interne afdelingen rond productbeschikbaarheid, levering en facturatie
- Opstellen en beheren van exportdocumenten voor internationale verzendingen
- Afhandelen van retourzendingen en opvolgen van klachten
- Informeren van klanten over orderstatus en leveringen via rapporteringstools
- Actief contact onderhouden met stakeholders zoals klanten, Sales, Supply Chain en Finance
- Opmaken en delen van rapporten rond orderstatus, leveringen en kritische issues
- Signaleren van mogelijke knelpunten binnen het proces en meedenken over oplossingen
- Deelnemen aan interne meetings en afstemming met verschillende afdelingen

Het bedrijf is een internationale speler in de chemische sector die zich richt op het produceren van basisgrondstoffen uit olie en gas. Deze materialen worden gebruikt door andere bedrijven om producten te maken zoals verpakkingen, kunststof onderdelen, industriële toepassingen en consumentengoederen.
De organisatie opereert wereldwijd en combineert productie, logistiek en internationale handel. De werkomgeving is sterk procesgedreven, met focus op kwaliteit, supply chain en klantgerichtheid.
Daarnaast wordt er ingezet op innovatie en duurzaamheid, onder andere door efficiëntere productie en het ontwikkelen van meer recycleerbare materialen.
Profil
- Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in customer service, administratie of order management
- Ervaring in een internationale omgeving is een sterke troef
- Goede kennis van SAP en MS Office (Excel, Teams, Power BI)
- Kennis van incoterms en internationale betalingsvoorwaarden is een plus
- Sterk organisatorisch en in staat om meerdere prioriteiten te beheren
- Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werken met oog voor detail
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
- Klantgericht met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Teamplayer die zich goed voelt in een open en samenwerkingsgerichte cultuur
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken met een hands-on mentaliteit
- Je spreekt uitstekend de Engelse taal. Kennis van de Italiaanse, Spaanse of elke andere taal is een pluspunt.
