In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel at qualifying leads, translating complex technical offerings into compelling business value for wholesale buyers, and navigating extended sales cycles with skillful communication.

Scope of Work

1. Identify, prospect, and qualify B2B leads in the wholesale sector, leveraging advanced techniques to assess fit and potential.
2. Translate technical product features and specifications into clear, non-technical business benefits for diverse audiences.
3. Develop and contribute to persuasive written proposals and verbal presentations that address customer needs and project goals.
4. Handle and resolve objections efficiently, using consultative selling skills and deep product knowledge.
5. Document sales interactions and key customer feedback to provide actionable insights for AI training purposes.
6. Engage with long sales cycle processes, demonstrating patience and persistence in nurturing complex opportunities.
7. Collaborate remotely with project coordinators to ensure accurate, relevant, and high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Minimum of 4 years performing technical B2B sales, with a preference for experience in wholesale or complex solution environments.
2. Demonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying, and advancing leads through long-term consultative sales cycles.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to distill technical information into business value propositions.
4. Background in engineering, science, or a related technical field is highly desirable.
5. Track record of effective objection handling and closing strategies in technical sales contexts.
6. Comfort and proficiency working independently in a remote project environment.
7. Previous experience providing feedback or documentation to support training or process improvement is a plus.
