Envie de mettre ta curiosité technique au service des autres au quotidien ? En tant que Technical Advisor, tu joues un rôle clé pour accompagner nos abonnés et garantir le bon fonctionnement de leur système d'alarme. Ton rôle de conseiller technique clientèle te permet d'apporter des solutions concrètes et d'assurer une réelle tranquillité d'esprit aux utilisateurs.
Au quotidien, tes missions sont les suivantes:
- Diagnostic & Dépannage: Traiter les dysfonctionnements techniques par téléphone avec méthode et bon sens.
- Conseil & Accompagnement: Répondre aux questions des abonnés et les guider dans l'utilisation optimale de leur matériel de télésurveillance.
- Relation client: Assurer un suivi téléphonique chaleureux, dynamique et efficace lors de chaque appel.
Profil
- Expérience réussie en relation client et une vraie aisance au téléphone.
- Forte appétence et curiosité pour la technique et les nouvelles technologies.
- Excellent savoir-être, dynamisme, réactivité et bon sens à toute épreuve.
- Flexibilité horaire pour intégrer un roulement d'équipe (plages du lundi au samedi 8h-19h30, dimanches et jours fériés 9h-18h, avec en moyenne 1 samedi travaillé sur 3 donnant droit à un jour de repos en semaine).
- Capacités d'adaptation rapides face à de nouveaux outils informatiques ou logiciels de gestion.
- Esprit d'équipe et goût pour la résolution de problèmes en direct.
Ce que vous recevrez de nous
- Un contrat de 40h/semaine avec 12 jours de RTT (repos compensatoire) par an.
- Un salaire de base de 3 040 € brut par mois.
- Un 13ème mois pour récompenser ton engagement.
- Des titres-restaurants d'une valeur de 10 € par jour travaillé.
