As a Payroll Manager Freelance your responsibilities are:

• Manage payroll, benefits, and HR administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to support efficient payroll and HR operations.
• Maintain robust controls, employee records, and compliance with labor, tax, social security, and data privacy regulations.
• Produce HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
• Act as a key contact for employees on payroll, benefits, and administrative matters.
• Contribute to HR transformation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with legislative developments and HR best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.

Jouw profiel

A successful Payroll Manager Freelance should have:

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
• Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in analyzing and managing payroll data with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a temporary role and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with the human resources team.
• Fluent in French & English
