Notre cliente est une organisation publique.
La mission comprend :
- L'alignement des priorités avec la direction du projet et les sponsors ;
- Le reporting au management ;
- Le conseil sur les risques et les possibilités offertes ;
- La coordination du projet, sans autorité hiérarchique formelle ;
- La mise en place d'un PMO (project management) général.
Profil
- Minimum 6 mois d'expérience dans le secteur public, pour une entreprise d'au moins 500 personnes.
- Minimum une expérience de mission réalisée en relation directe avec le management/comité de direction pour une mission similaire.
- une mission de coordination, structuration et accompagnement de migration IT ;
- impliquant la réalisation d'une analyse de risques liées à la migration et une analyse d'impact du changement ;
- et la mise en ouvre d'une roadmap détaillée, d'une stratégie et d'un plan de migration.
