Over de functie
Wij zoeken een gestructureerde en proactieve Administrative Officer die mee instaat voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van onze organisatie. In deze rol ondersteun je administratieve processen, coördineer je interne opvolging en zorg je voor een correcte en efficiënte verwerking van documenten en administratie
Verantwoordelijkheden
· Beheer en opvolging van administratieve dossiers
· Verwerken en archiveren van documenten en gegevens
· Ondersteunen van interne teams bij administratieve vragen
· Opstellen van administratieve overzichten
· Ondersteunen van facturatie- en bestelprocessen
· Waken over correcte naleving van procedures
Profiel
· Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
· Eerste ervaring in administratie of office support is een plus, maar niet noodzakelijk
· Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
· Goede kennis van MSOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Odoo is een plus
· Zelfstandig én team gericht kunnen werken
· Goede kennis van Nederlands & Frans
