Senior technician/ technical trainer

Voor een technische site op Brussels Airport zoeken we een ervaren Senior Technician / Technical Trainer die complexe technische storingen oplost, technische standaarden mee vormgeeft en collega‑technici versterkt via praktijkgerichte coaching en opleidingen. De rol combineert hands‑on interventies met kennisoverdracht, analysewerk en het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid van een moderne GSE‑vloot.
- Analyse en oplossing van elektrische, elektronische, hydraulische, mechanische en hoogspanningsstoringen.
- nderzoek van terugkerende defecten en implementatie van duurzame verbeteracties.
- Strikte naleving van veiligheidsprocedures bij hoogspanningswerk.
- Ontwikkelen en geven van opleidingen, praktijkdemo’s en begeleidingen.
- Uitwerken van uniforme procedures, diagnosemethodes en werkinstructies.
- Operationele ondersteuning en fungeren als plaatsvervanger van de Workshop Supervisor.
- Rapporteren van analyses, bevindingen en trainingsmateriaal.
- Evalueren van technische vaardigheden tijdens rekruteringsprocessen.
- Bachelor Electromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Ervaring als technicus binnen GSE, heavy equipment, automotive, trucks & buses, landbouwmachines of vergelijkbare omgevingen.
- Sterke kennis van elektrische, elektronische, hydraulische en mechanische systemen.
- Ervaring met diagnoseapparatuur, schema’s en technische documentatie.
- Bereidheid om HEV 3‑certificatie te behalen.
- Ervaring met coaching, mentoring of training.
- Uitstekende kennis van Engels; kennis van een lokale taal is een plus.
- Een moderne en comfortabele werkplaats in Steenokkerzeel
- Een boeiende technische job op de luchthaven, tussen indrukwekkend materieel
- Werkuren:
- Ma–Do: 08:00–16:30
- Vrijdag: tot 14:30
- Optioneel: nacht‑ of weekendregime
