Training Program Manager

We are seeking a Training Program Manager to join our Operations team at TCR Group.

This is a newly created global role, designed to elevate how we train, onboard, and upskill our technical workforce. You will play a central role in shaping a structured, scalable training ecosystem across all entities, with a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, and safety.

You will operate as a manager-level individual contributor, working cross-functionally with Operations, Technical, Safety, and HR stakeholders worldwide. This is a hands-on, high-impact position with significant autonomy and the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

Training strategy & governance

• Define and implement a global training strategy across operational and technical domains

• Build a standardized training framework and governance model across all entities

• Align Group guidelines with local execution and ensure clear ownership

Training needs & program development

• Develop and maintain a global competency and training matrix

• Identify training needs and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and risk

• Design structured learning paths (onboarding, recurrent training, certifications)

• Build and manage a multi-year training roadmap aligned with company priorities

Training delivery & compliance

• Coordinate internal and external training programs and manage key training partners

• Ensure all regulatory, safety, and legal training requirements are met globally

• Support audits and adapt training programs to evolving requirements

Performance & stakeholder management

• Define and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness, adoption, and ROI

• Drive continuous improvement and modern learning approaches

• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and support local deployment of training programs.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has +10 years of experience in training management, L&D, or operational excellence

• Brings experience in technical, industrial, engineering, or aviation environments

• Has built and implemented structured, multi-location training programs

• Thinks strategically while remaining hands-on and execution-focused

• Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Is comfortable working in a global, cross-cultural environment

• Uses data and KPIs to drive decisions and continuous improvement

• Communicates clearly and organizes complex topics into practical frameworks
