Talent & recruitment
- Je houdt de recruitment pipeline scherp en kwalitatief
- Je zorgt voor sterke instroom en snelle, juiste matches
- Je werkt nauw samen met Talent Managers rond ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid
Business & klanten
- Je onderhoudt relaties en spot opportuniteiten
- Je werkt samen met sales aan nieuwe projecten
- Je stimuleert je team om proactief en commercieel te denken
Performance & resultaten
- Je bewaakt KPI’s zoals bezettingsgraad, marge en productiviteit
- Je analyseert en stuurt bij waar nodig
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte, kwalitatieve werking
Innovatie
- Je denkt vooruit en test nieuwe ideeën
- Je optimaliseert processen en tools
- Je bouwt mee aan de toekomst van Spring Professional
- Bachelor of master denkniveau
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment, detachering of commerciële dienstverlening
- Eerste ervaring in leadership (of klaar voor de next step)
- Commercieel sterk, communicatief en hands-on
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans
