Ben jij op zoek naar een tijdelijke uitdaging van minstens 4 maanden? Krijg je energie van onderhandelingen, rapporteringen en het creëren van structuur in een dynamische omgeving? Dan is deze toonaangevende leverancier van leasewagens in Zaventem op zoek naar jou!
Als administratieve ondersteuning binnen het Procurement team speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse werking. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:
- Het uitwerken en implementeren van procedures, met aandacht voor beheer, opvolging en risicobeperking, ook op Corporate niveau.
- Administratieve ondersteuning bieden, waaronder:Het opstellen en opvolgen van contracten
- Het structureren en verbeteren van rapporteringen
- Het beheer van Ivalua, de tool waarin alle overeenkomsten worden opgeslagen
- De onboarding en het risicobeheer van leveranciers
- De voorbereiding van vergaderingen en projecten, zoals presentaties
- Het beheer van de Procurement mailbox
- Het voorbereiden en opvolgen van de prestaties van leveranciers en partners aan de hand van KPI’s.
- Fungeren als back-up voor collega’s tijdens hun afwezigheid.
- Werken volgens de procedures en richtlijnen die binnen de afdeling gelden.
- Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Procurement Manager.
Wat wij van jou vragen:
- Bachelor, graduaat of gelijkwaardige ervaring; ervaring in leasing of automotive is een plus.
- Sterke ervaring in officemanagement en administratieve ondersteuning.
- Vlotte communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office; gevorderde Excelkennis is een troef.
- Minstens 4 maanden beschikbaar en flexibel bij eventuele verlenging.
