Senior JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) Developer to design, develop, customize, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 applications within a global ERP environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.

Working closely with business analysts, technical teams, end users, and project stakeholders, you will deliver high-quality technical solutions that align with business objectives while supporting ongoing ERP enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 applications.
• Develop solutions using traditional JDE development tools, including Business Functions (C and NER), Form Design Aid (FDA), Report Design Aid (RDA), Table Design Aid (TDA), Table Conversions (TC), and BI Publisher.
• Build and enhance applications using modern JDE technologies, including User Defined Objects (UDOs) and Orchestration Studio.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs, functional solutions, and detailed technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions for production and non-production environments.
• Support multiple ERP projects and ongoing enhancements across a global JD Edwards environment.
• Participate in code reviews and promote development standards and best practices.
• Develop technical specifications, documentation, and implementation plans.
• Lead or contribute to technical initiatives, including:
• Digital transformation projects
• System integrations
• Process automation and optimization
• JD Edwards de-customization initiatives
• Code current and upgrade projects
• Barcode and scanning solutions
• Participate in project planning, effort estimation, scope definition, and technical solution design.
• Communicate technical concepts and project status effectively to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development tools through version 9.2.
• Proven expertise in:
• Business Functions (C and NER)
• Form Design Aid (FDA)
• Report Design Aid (RDA)
• Table Design Aid (TDA)
• Table Conversions (TC)
• BI Publisher
• User Defined Objects (UDOs)
• Orchestration Studio
• Experience customizing JD Edwards applications using standard development tools and methodologies.
• Experience with JD Edwards upgrades, retrofitting, orchestrations, and data transformations.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ERP development best practices.
