Role Purpose
De persoon zal verantwoordelijk zijn om de uitvoering van CQV-processen te ondersteunen.
Working Relationships
De Launch medewerker rapporteert aan de Launch MPD Leader.
De Launch medewerker moet prioriteiten en verantwoordelijkheden kunnen plannen en organiseren terwijl je met meerdere departementen werkt
Principle Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Werkt samen met het Startup team om de mechanische scope of PC&IS, te kwalificeren en te verifiëren. Helpt bij het maken van checklijsten voor de statische en dynamische checks
- Helpt bij het oplossen van problemen en werkt samen met contractors om deze op te lossen. Documenteert de problemen.
- De job vraagt ondersteuning voor Vendor acceptence testen alvorens de installatiefase van het project.
- Moet prioriteiten en verantwoordelijkheden kunnen plannen en organiseren terwijl je met meerdere departementen werkt
- De taak vereist administratief werk en updates in de database met reserveonderdelen. Kan met office tools werken.
Work Environment
- De Launch medewerker zal tewerkgesteld worden binnen de Launch afdeling.
- Hij/zij zal fysiek tewerkgesteld worden in het administratief gebouw (locatie van de EFL-afdeling).
- De Launch medewerker zal tewerkgesteld worden in een dagregime, maar moet flexibel zijn en bereid om in niet-routinematige schema's te werken (shiften) tijdens de CQV-fasen. Reizen kan nodig zijn om de VAT’s te ondersteunen.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bekwaam om onafhankelijk en ook samen te kunnen werken. Is in staat om in teams samen te werken en de tijd efficiënt te beheren.
- Kan werken met SAP, MMIS, P&ID’s, Vault, tech doc,…
- Moet in staat zijn om doelstellingen te halen en technische en operationele ondersteuning te bieden.
- Moet kunnen werken in een organisatie met veranderende prioriteiten.
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Industrieel Ingenieur.
- Kennis van het Nederlands is vereist
