Dans le cadre de l'expansion de ses activités, l'un de nos partenaires - un groupe industriel de référence - recherche son/sa futur(e) Key Account Manager "Farmer" (H/F/X) en CDI.
Vos missions au quotidien- Développement & Fidélisation de portefeuille (Farming) : Pérenniser les relations avec les clients existants, identifier les opportunités de croissance (ventes croisées et montées en gamme) et identifier les décideurs clés au sein des comptes stratégiques.
- Conseil Technico-Commercial : Apporter un rôle d'expert en amont de la vente, élaborer des offres techniques sur mesure et chiffrer les propositions dans le respect des contraintes calendaires.
- Suivi Opérationnel & Performance : Suivre les projets du passage de commande jusqu'à la livraison finale, analyser la rentabilité des affaires et garantir la tenue rigoureuse du CRM.
- Coordination Interne : Collaborer étroitement avec les départements Production, R&D / Bureau d'études et Qualité pour vous assurer de la faisabilité technique des projets.
- Formation : Diplôme Bac+3 à Bac+5 (École de commerce, Master gestion/marketing ou Formation d'ingénieur/technique) ou expérience équivalente valorisée.
- Expérience : Une première expérience probante de 3 à 5 ans sur un poste commercial B2B, idéalement acquise dans le secteur industriel ou l'ingénierie mécanique.
- Atouts & Compétences : Excellentes capacités relationnelles, grande rigueur, autonomie et vraie aisance dans la rédaction d'offres techniques complexes.
- Un CDI au sein d'un acteur industriel innovant et dynamique.
- Un rôle stratégique combinant expertise technique, sens de la négociation et relations clients de haut niveau.
- Le pilotage d'indicateurs de performance stimulants (croissance du CA sur le portefeuille, taux de transformation, respect des délais d'études).
