Jouw uitdaging
Als Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, ontwikkelen en realiseren van strategische commerciële groeikansen voor DHL Express België & Luxemburg. Je richt je op het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten met een hoog groeipotentieel en bouwt duurzame relaties op met besluitvormers op directie- en C-level niveau.
Je analyseert marktkansen, ontwikkelt commerciële strategieën en begeleidt complexe salestrajecten van prospectie tot contractonderhandeling. Dankzij jouw inzicht in internationale handel, logistiek en supply chain-oplossingen help je klanten hun internationale ambities waar te maken en positioneer je DHL Express als de voorkeurspartner voor expressvervoer wereldwijd.
Wat ga je doen?
- Nieuwe strategische klanten identificeren en binnenhalen
- Een sterke pipeline opbouwen en beheren
- Complexe commerciële trajecten, tenders en onderhandelingen leiden
- Relaties ontwikkelen met senior decision makers
- Klanten adviseren rond logistieke optimalisatie en internationale groei
- Samenwerken met lokale en internationale teams om commerciële opportuniteiten te realiseren
- Implementatietrajecten begeleiden en zorgen voor een succesvolle onboarding van nieuwe klanten
- Markttendensen analyseren en nieuwe groeikansen identificeren
Wie ben jij?
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig werk- en denkniveau
- Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar ervaring binnen Business Development, Strategic Sales of Key Account Management
- Je kan een bewezen trackrecord voorleggen in het realiseren van commerciële groei
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je bent sterk in onderhandelen en overtuigen op management- en directieniveau
- Je combineert een ondernemende mindset met een sterke klant- en resultaatgerichtheid
- Ervaring binnen logistiek, transport of supply chain is een sterke troef
