Robert Half is op zoek naar een Business Developer (m/v/x) om de verkoopactiviteiten in Limburg te versterken en verder uit te bouwen voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in de verf- en coatingsindustrie.

Functieomschrijving:
Als Business Developer ben je een cruciale schakel in het team en draag je actief bij aan de groei. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het analyseren van de markt en actief zoeken naar nieuwe opportuniteiten bij industriële klanten in Limburg en omliggende regio's.
- Het formuleren van uitdagende verkoopsdoelstellingen in overleg met de CEO en het beheren van je eigen agenda.
- Actieve prospectie en het behalen van resultaten, waarbij je je richt op groeipotentieel binnen de markt.
- Het opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk zakelijk netwerk en een duurzame klantenrelatie.
- Het rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de CEO over prestaties en marktontwikkelingen.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie zijn:
- Je toont maturiteit en bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
- Je hebt ervaring of een sterke interesse in het aantrekken en opbouwen van een nieuwe klantenportefeuille.
- Je bent vooruitziend , dynamisch en resultaatgericht .
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans .
