Over de functieAls Transformation Project Manager leid je strategische initiatieven binnen Finance, Tax en Regulatory Reporting. Je helpt Belfius flexibel in te spelen op veranderende zakelijke en regelgevende vereisten.
In deze rol breng je structuur aan in complexe omgevingen, breng je uiteenlopende belanghebbenden op één lijn en stuur je projecten van concept tot en met de implementatie.
Wat deze rol uniek maakt:
Je bent geen projectmanager die zich alleen op bestuurlijk niveau (governance) bevindt. Je duikt inhoudelijk in de materie, daagt aannames uit en werkt nauw samen met experts in Finance, Tax, Risk en IT. Zo vertaal je complexe eisen naar pragmatische, conforme en duurzame oplossingen. Waar nodig schrik je er niet van terug om in de details te duiken, zonder het overzicht over het grotere geheel te verliezen.
