Customers Service & Complaints Officer - German Speaker - Luxembourg

As a Customer Service & Complaints Officer, you play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience across the customer journey. You support daily credit card back-office operations, handle customer requests and complaints, and engage with customers across various communication channels. Working closely with different teams, you contribute to efficient operations while helping to improve processes and service quality. This role offers valuable insight into how a modern European bank operates behind the scenes and provides hands-on responsibility from day one. This opportunity is a full-time CDI contract. About the job | Your responsibilities Engage with customers - Support customers across different channels with a service-oriented and professional approach. Process customer requests - Handle customer requests and complaint cases accurately and within agreed service standards. Support daily operations - Assist with credit card back-office tasks and help manage routine administrative workflows. Contribute to smooth operations - Work closely with colleagues across teams to ensure efficient day-to-day processes. Drive improvements - Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, service quality and the overall customer experience. About you | Your background, skills and personality Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, banking, economics or a related field At least 3 years of experience in customer service, operations or complaint handling, ideally within financial services. Tech-savvy & adaptable - You have a good command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and enjoy learning new systems. Customer-focused mindset - You enjoy understanding customer needs, resolving issues and delivering a high-quality service experience. Ownership & accountability - You take responsibility for your work and follow tasks through to completion. Results-oriented - You focus on delivering high-quality outcomes efficiently and on time.
