Als Security Field Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de configuratie en de ondersteuning van beveiligings- en IT-oplossingen. Je biedt technische ondersteuning op afstand en voert interventies uit bij klanten ter plaatse.
Jouw taken:
- Remote support via telefoon, e-mail en video.
- On-site interventies aan camera-, toegangscontrole- en IT-systemen.
- Analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen.
- Registreren, opvolgen en documenteren van tickets.
- Uitvoeren van onderhoud, software-updates en back-ups.
- Configureren van servers, workstations, netwerken en security-oplossingen.
- Installeren en onderhouden van CCTV-, toegangscontrole- en inbraaksystemen.
- Préconfiguratie van nieuwe apparatuur.
- Beheer van technische documentatie, materiaalvoorraad en service stock.
- Deelname aan de wachtdienst.
Wat wij van jou vragen:
- Bachelor in elektronica, elektromechanica, IT, netwerkbeheer of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- IT-kennis en interesse in security-oplossingen
- Ervaring met servers, workstations, netwerken en softwareconfiguraties
- Ervaring met camera’s, toegangscontrole en inbraaksystemen
- Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
- Klantvriendelijk en communicatief
- Goede administratieve opvolging en nauwkeurige documentatie
- Goede kennis Nederlands en Frans
- Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan een wachtdienst
- Hands-on mentaliteit en teamplayer mindset
- Flexibel inzetbaar voor opdrachten over heel België
