About the PMO Team


The PMO is part of Service & Integration Management (SIM). We are building a new, modern, and data-driven PMO model. Our mission: bring structure, provide clear reporting, and introduce smart automation to enable better decision-making.



Your Internship


As a PMO Portfolio & Automation Intern, you will contribute to a visible transformation project within SIM. You will combine reporting, automation, data analysis, and communication.



Your Tasks

1. Automation & Reporting (main focus)

• Contribute to the automation and rollout of new PMO reporting
• Collect, structure, and validate data
• Improve dashboards, templates, and reporting tools
• Experiment with AI to make reporting more efficient

1. Portfolio & Governance

• Support the PMO in tracking ongoing initiatives
• Prepare materials for portfolio meetings
• Document processes and guidelines

1. Communication & Change

• Assist with communication about new PMO processes
• Create clear and visually appealing materials
• Collect feedback and suggest improvements

1. Ideation & Intake

• Contribute to developing a unified intake process for new initiatives
• Analyze current processes and propose optimizations

Your profile



Who are we looking for?

• Student in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Data, or similar
• Strong skills in Excel/PowerPoint; interest in data, AI, and automation
• Bonus: Power Automate, dashboards, low-code tools
• Structured, eager to learn, and communicative
• Team player who can also work independently
• Good command of English; Dutch/French are a plus
