A programme office inside a multinational defence organisation needs a business assistant across workforce planning, budget tracking and business execution. It is the seat where the plan meets the spreadsheet - and where the reporting that leadership relies on gets built.

What you would be doing

• Providing administrative support to project boards, project teams and review meetings
• Supporting managers and teams with resourcing and recruitment activity, using the recommended tools to plan, schedule and track it
• Running the organisation's budget cycle and process in practice, and helping develop and monitor a budget for a specific group
• Analysing variances and patterns in budget and project execution, and explaining them
• Preparing the monthly reporting and the data analysis behind the quarterly cycle
• Acting as learning officer for the team - the whole lifecycle of training requests, and the funding for them
• Building and maintaining the Power BI dashboards, and the data sources underneath them

What you would bring

• Several years by title in administrative and coordination work - financial management, resources or project management
• Expert-user command of the Microsoft Office tool set, with certification behind it
• Power BI at expert level: you can build a dashboard and maintain what feeds it, and show that you have
• Expert SharePoint - managing, designing and securing site content with metadata, web parts and version control
• Expert-user knowledge of ServiceNow, and ideally an enterprise project model such as Oracle's
