Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support requirements engineering, business process analysis, and collaboration with product and technical teams within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to define and clarify requirements.
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in quality management reviews.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood by all relevant team members.
- Translate business requirements into clear and structured test conditions.
- Support effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in requirements management and requirements engineering .
- Understanding of business process management .
- Knowledge of data concepts and data modelling .
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and workflows .
- Excellent communication skills in:
- Dutch
- French
- English
Nice to Have
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) .
- Experience with Agentic AI .
- Familiarity with conceptual modelling techniques.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Structured approach to problem-solving.
