Pour l'un de ses clients de la région de Liège, Robert Half est à la recherche d'un Sales Support Assistant (H/F/X) parlant le français, l'anglais et l'allemand pour une mission d'intérim en vue d'un engagement à temps plein.
Notre client est une société industrielle reconnue de la région de Liège, active dans la fabrication d'équipements techniques destinés à un secteur artisanal de référence. L'entreprise bénéficie d'une position solide sur son marché, d'un ancrage local fort et d'un environnement de travail à taille humaine, où priment l'esprit d'équipe, la qualité de service et la rigueur opérationnelle.
Vos principales responsabilités pour ce poste de Sales Support Assistant (H/F/X) :
- vous réceptionnez et traitez les appels et e-mails entrants des clients et leur fournissez les informations utiles sur les produits, les services et les conditions de vente ;
- vous traitez les commandes et les demandes de devis dans les meilleurs délais, en collaboration avec les clients et les commerciaux externes ;
- vous encodez les commandes dans l'ERP et assurez leur mise au planning ;
- vous suivez les dossiers de vente de l'enregistrement de la commande jusqu'à l'expédition et la facturation ;
- vous veillez à garantir un service client de qualité, avec un bon sens des priorités et une approche orientée solution.
Le profil recherché pour ce poste de Sales Support Assistant (H/F/X) :
- vous disposez d'une formation à orientation administrative ou commerciale ;
- vous justifiez d'une expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ;
- vous placez la satisfaction client au centre de vos priorités et vous êtes reconnu pour vos capacités de communication et de résolution de problèmes ;
- vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, multitâche et appréciez le travail en équipe ;
- vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, l'allemand et l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ; vous avez déjà travaillé avec un ERP, idéalement AX, et vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques courants tels qu'Outlook et Excel ;
- vous êtes disponible pour une mission à temps plein en vue d'un engagement.

- un contrat d'intérim en vue d'un engagement ;
- un horaire temps plein de 38 heures réparti sur 4,5 jours, offrant un réel confort d'organisation ;
