Director, Market Access, BeLux

Revolution Medicines seeks a Market Access Director for Belgium and Luxembourg to develop and execute country-specific reimbursement strategies, manage HTA submissions, and engage with payers and health authorities. The role bridges regulatory, commercial, and medical teams to ensure timely patient access to oncology therapies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategy aligned with BeLux healthcare system requirements and corporate objectives
• Lead preparation and submission of HTA dossiers, benefit assessments, and pricing negotiations with statutory insurers
• Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders including payers and policy influencers
• Conduct policy monitoring and landscape assessments to inform local reimbursement strategy
• Drive launch readiness activities and early access planning for multiple oncology assets

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience developing market access and reimbursement strategies in Belgium/Luxembourg healthcare systems
• Expertise in HTA submissions, pricing negotiations, and value dossier preparation for payers
• Strong stakeholder management skills with payers, HTA bodies, and health authorities
• Knowledge of European regulatory strategy alignment with local pricing and reimbursement processes
• Proficiency in clinical and economic evidence translation for payer communications
• Experience with innovative contracting models and access acceleration strategies
