Your assignment

As a consultant, you will work closely with employees from different departments to understand existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate business needs into practical AI-driven and automated solutions.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Automating the archiving and processing of reports and documents received through email;
• Optimizing and automating meeting reports and follow-up documentation;
• Developing solutions to summarize permits, project documentation, and other files stored in SharePoint;
• Identifying additional opportunities where AI and automation can create value;
• Supporting employees in adopting AI tools and new ways of working;
• Designing and implementing workflows that save time and improve operational efficiency.

Who are we looking for?

• You are at least 18 years old and currently enrolled at a university. Ideally, you are in your final year of study.
• Available at least one full day (8 hours) per week until December 2026. The exact day is negotiable.
• Maturity and a professional attitude.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital innovation;
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar technologies;
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into practical solutions;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach;
• You speak fluent Dutch and/or French

Extensive knowledge of:

• MS 365
• Power automate / Power apps / Power BI
• MS Copilot en bouwen van Agents
• Similar AI & automation tools
