Your responsibilities will be as follows: Prompt recording of day-to-day client requests, Collecting and recording all required information/documents, Monitoring ongoing transactions until completion, Sorting and scanning incoming post-mail and preparing outgoing post-mail, Assisting team with special tasks, Complying with procedures, controls, industry rules and regulations, Applying due diligence reviews in line with corporate standards, Meeting Service Level Agreements and deadlines, Upholding Quality standards. You are currently studying towards an academic qualification in Finance, Interested in the financial/insurance sector in general, You enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment and look for the opportunity to excel in all aspects of your role, Take personal pride in delivering high quality service to internal and external clients, Strong prioritisation skills and is flexible, reliable and responsible in challenging situations, A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal as well as written, Ability to work independently while keen to work as part of a team and assist colleagues, Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities, Willing to make the extra effort as required, English and Swedish must be fluent, any additional European language (especially French, Flemish, German) will be an advantage.
