A senior architecture role focused on supporting business and IT transformation towards a modern, scalable technology ecosystem across multiple countries. Key responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for projects within a defined business domain.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather and structure information, and translate business requirements into functional and architectural solutions.
- Define and evolve domain architecture in collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Facilitate discussions between technical teams and stakeholders, from operational teams to senior management.
- Support and coach other architects on solution design and architecture documentation.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, security principles and the overall enterprise architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in complex IT environments, including several years in architecture and digital transformation.
- Strong functional expertise and ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand processes and challenges, and identify appropriate solutions.
- Solid knowledge of areas such as API/Microservices, Domain-Driven Design, SOA, Master Data Management, ETL, Analytics/Data Lakes, Cloud and Business Process Modelling.
- Experience with information security and architecture principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt communication to different audiences and collaborate effectively across international teams.
- Experience with architecture modelling tools and/or enterprise architecture frameworks is a plus.
- Fluent English and French additional languages are an advantage.
