For over 20 years, our client has been driving innovation in network systems, delivering advanced solutions tailored to the needs of communication service providers and enterprises worldwide. Due to urgent business needs, they are looking for a SAP & Production Administrator to strengthen their team.

Your Role: As part of the Production Administration team supporting a high-volume manufacturing environment, and reporting directly to the Deputy Production Director, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining product and customer master data in SAP
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP-driven production administration processes
• Supporting the enrichment and accuracy of product information, and providing data to internal stakeholders
• Delivering SAP data support to the Head Office
• Handling interim administrative processes
• Managing and processing worker time registrations
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with Quality, Environmental, and Security Management Systems
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems

Jouw profiel

Profile & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on SAP experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules: BOM (Bill of Materials) Management. Also Material Master Data
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a strong plus
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, French is an asset
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
