Production employee | Making ceramic pots

Your occupation involves manufacturing custom-made ceramic pots in various shapes and sizes, with a strong focus on handmade craftsmanship.
The process is completely tailored, meaning you don't keep stock, and each piece is unique. Y
our production method involves using clay slabs placed into plaster moulds, which shape each pot.

Your workday highlights:

• Y ou work in a bright, spacious workshop with colleagues who share a passion for craftsmanship.
• Each day, you start fresh, handling large amounts of clay (around 30 kilos) to begin shaping new pots.
• The work culture emphasizes dedication, teamwork, and passion for creating high-quality, unique products.
• Your day starts at 8 am and wraps up at 4:30 pm, leaving you with a sense of satisfaction from having created something that could eventually end up in places like Dubai or New York.
• No previous experience is required, as talent and motivation are valued over formal experience.

This job offers an exciting opportunity to work in a creative production environment where you can engage in physical, hands-on work. Here's what the role entails:

• You'll be working with your hands, building large ceramic pots manually, with each slab of clay weighing around 15 kg—think of it as free fitness while earning a salary.
• The working language is English, and you'll be part of a multicultural team. While strong verbal communication in English is required, reading and writing skills are not necessary.
• You're looking for a permanent job and are eager to learn. No prior experience is required, as you'll receive comprehensive training over 4-6 months, learning everything from A to Z.
• The role requires motivation, attention to quality, and a strong work ethic. You'll be part of a small team where each person plays a crucial role in the production process.

In this position, you'll not only contribute to creating unique products but also work in a dynamic and supportive team, making a real impact every day.

• Daytime hours : Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4.30 pm, giving you your evenings and weekends free.
