Your Unique Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00h – 21:00h

• Monday: 09:00h – 17:30h

• (Enjoy Tuesday through Friday off!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and partners.

• Data Management: Gather and verify information for 100% accuracy and completeness.

• Technical Support: Coordinate directly with workshops to provide technical solutions.

• Coordination: Update all parties involved and monitor contract agreements.

• Deadline Driven: Follow up on all contract-related issues within established timeframes.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Languages: Proficient in Polish, Dutch, and English.
• Tech Savvy: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bonus: Technical knowledge of automotive or tyres is a plus.
• Experience: No specific background required—we value talent and attitude!
