Wat zal je job inhouden?
Voor de verdere uitrol van ons Fiberproject zoeken we een bediende projectadministratie regio Brussel. Als Medewerker Projectadministratie ontzorg je onze werf- en projectleiding van hun administratie.
Jouw takenpakket als Bediende Projectadministratie
- Dagelijkse beheer en de verwerking van de inkomende mailings.
- Bestelbonnen opmaken
- Je beheert de geregistreerde werknemers in Voir email sur synergiecareers.be, ook deze van onze onderaannemers. Daarnaast hou je wekelijks alle uurstaten bij.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en de ontvangsten van de signalisatievergunningen en vergunningen regularisatie.
- Klachtenbehandeling.
- Je staat in voor de aanvragen en opvolging van de klip klim aanvragen.
- Ons kantoor in Sint-Pieters-Woluwe is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, een rijbewijs B is een pluspunt.

De gezochte Bediende Projectadministratie:
- Idealiter heb je een eerste ervaring in een administratieve functie
- Je hebt een sterke technische affiniteit of kennis . Kennis telecom en/of grondwerken is een meerwaarde.
- Vlot met PC in het algemeen en hebt een goede kennis Excel en Word.
- Zin voor nauwkeurigheid zit in je vingers.
- Je beschikt over een ‘CAN DO’-mentaliteit en bent communicatief.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent eveneens een echte teamplayer.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans
