Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite per week)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Medior Azure & Entra ID Support Team Lead to lead a Service Desk responsible for Security, Privacy, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Infrastructure, and DevOps support activities. The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical support with team leadership, ensuring high-quality service delivery, incident resolution, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the Service Desk team.
• Perform hands-on Service Desk activities, including incident, service request, and change management.
• Support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID, including identity and access management services.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for users and customers.
• Develop, maintain, and improve technical processes, operational procedures, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor service performance and report progress to management.
• Contribute to ITSM process improvements and platform migrations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Team Lead.
• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Minimum 3 years' experience configuring and administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) .
  • Experience must include technical configuration and administration, not only user or access management.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Entra Domain Services
  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
  • Entra Identity Governance
  • Microsoft Azure
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including:
  • IP addressing
  • Subnets
  • DNS
  • Firewalls
  • Routing
• Experience with:
  • ITIL processes
  • ServiceNow
  • TOPdesk
  • Technical and operational process documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Belgian energy sector.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• One or more Microsoft certifications, such as:
  • SC-300
  • SC-100
  • SC-900
  • AZ-500
  • MS-500

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid working model.
• Minimum 2 days per week onsite in Brussels.
• Occasional travel to other sites may be required depending on project needs.
