Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a candidate for an Internal Auditor (m/f/x) position. This is a permanent position for a company based in Diegem.

As Internal Auditor, you will turn developments in the profession into practical, high-quality initiatives for members and stakeholders, while contributing to key topics such as professional standards, governance trends, audit innovation, and evolving risk and control expectations.

As Internal Auditor (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• Conduct research and monitor emerging trends relevant to internal auditors;
• Contribute to the development of professional content, including articles, technical materials, and specialized publications;
• Help shape timely and valuable content for webinars, conferences, and member events;
• Support and engage professional communities, including young professionals, small audit teams, large audit functions, and chief audit executives;
• Collaborate with volunteers and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality initiatives and outputs;
• Combine research, writing, coordination, and execution to turn ideas into meaningful resources for the profession.

The required profile for the Internal Auditor (m/f/x) position:

• A first experience in internal/external audit, risk, internal controls or advisory with a strong interest in the future of the profession;
• Strong professional curiosity, writing, and coordination skills;
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear, practical, and relevant insights;
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders, including practitioners, volunteers, and external contributors;
• Good understanding of emerging technologies;
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality work;
• Excellent knowledge of French with a very good level of English.
