General Ledger / Accountant

Voor een sterk groeiend bedrijf in Kortenberg zoeken wij een General Ledger / Accountant (GL/AY) (M/V/X).
Je werkt in een dynamisch team en bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en ondersteunen van diverse accounting taken binnen de organisatie. Deze job omvat een breed takenpakket en biedt een professionele uitdaging bij een internationale speler.
Takenpakket:
- Rapporteren aan het hoofd van de afdeling en/of management.
- Back-up credit control: klanten contacteren en opvolgen van openstaande betalingen.
- Lijsten trekken en financiële gegevens verzamelen via rapportagesystemen.
- Inboeken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen.
- Voorbereiding van de jaarafsluiting en ondersteuning bij jaarlijkse rapportages.
- Voorbereiding van BTW-aangiften en bijhorende documentatie.
- Assisteren bij audits, inclusief het samenstellen van vereiste documenten en het beantwoorden van vragen van auditors.
- Ondersteuning van Accounts Payable (AP): balansverschillen onderzoeken en rechtzetten, breder dan alleen rapporten trekken.
Profiel:
- Bachelor of master in Finance, Accounting of gelijkaardig door ervaring.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en nauwkeurig kunnen werken.
- Ervaring in een GL/AY-positie is een plus.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Excel en financiële ERP-systemen (SAP, Oracle, …).
- Communicatief sterk, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Teamplayer met oog voor detail.
