Our client is an agency (SME) specialized in communication and marketing solutions for the pharmaceutical sector.
The General Manager Benelux will take full responsibility for the operational leadership and management, establishing growth of the organisation. Take leadership for the Benelux entities: review, structure and streamline workflow and responsibilities while providing clear direction.
Clients & business development: maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients.
Ensure the quality, timeliness and scientific/marketing relevance of all deliverables.
Provide senior-level insight during presentations, meetings and strategic projects.
Oversee teams coordinating congresses, symposia, webinars and medical publications.
Senior leadership experience and management of P&L.
Marketing & Communication experience in the healthcare industry with a solid background in managing pharmaceutical marketing, medical or healthcare communications.
Proven experience in crisis management or organizational transformation.
Proven leadership experience with assertive management style.
Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
