En tant que Technicien PC Warranty Repair, vous êtes responsable des installations, dépannages, mises à jour et modifications des desktop/laptop et imprimantes.
Vous travaillez à partir de votre domicile, vous allez chercher vos pièces détachées et matériaux de rechange dans un magasin proche de votre domicile. Ensuite vous suivez le planning établi par le dispatching (attention: communication en anglais ). En principe vous restez dans votre région (Brabant), mais des déplacements vers une autre région ne sont pas exclus.
Profil
La fonction est surtout orientée hardware, mais une bonne connaissance de l'OS Windows et une base de networking sont indispensable.
Le premier diagnostic est déjà effectué par les collègues du screening, vous pouvez donc vous concentrer sur un dépannage efficace et rapide.
Vous effectuez l'administration nécessaire ( online ticketing ) et vous maintenez le stock des pièces détachées à jour.
L'équipe est menée par un Project Leader expérimenté, et gérée par le dispatch central.
Les candidats possédant déjà une certification d'une ou plusieurs grandes marques et qui sont bilingues en néerlandais ont des atouts importants en main. Il faut dans tous les cas avoir une bonne maîtrise du néerlandais .
Vous avez un bon contact humain et vous êtes orienté client .
