Jouw impact
Als Business Developer draag je actief bij aan de groei van Sun Calor binnen waterzuivering en bodemsanering.
Uitbreiden van het klantenbestand en versterken van bestaande relaties staan centraal. Technische expertise wordt vertaald naar commerciële opportuniteiten en concrete projecten. Eigenaarschap over het volledige traject: van prospectie en advies tot offerte en closing. Focus op duurzame samenwerkingen, recurrente business en rendabele groei.
Wat ga je doen?
Actieve prospectie naar nieuwe klanten en projecten binnen waterzuivering, bodemsanering en milieutechniek
Uitbouwen en onderhouden van een sterke klantenportefeuille met focus op lange termijn samenwerkingen (industrie, overheden, projectontwikkelaars)
Beheren van het volledige salesproces: van prospectie en analyse tot offerte, onderhandeling en closing
Vertalen van complexe technische vraagstukken naar haalbare en commercieel sterke oplossingen
Nauwe samenwerking met interne projectteams om een kwalitatieve uitvoering te garanderen
Analyseren van technische noden en vertalen naar gerichte, duurzame oplossingen
Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en contracten
Samenwerken met projectteams voor een kwalitatieve uitvoering van verkochte projecten
Regelmatige klanten- en werfbezoeken om voortgang en tevredenheid te bewaken
Actief opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen en detecteren van nieuwe opportuniteiten
Wat breng je mee?
Ervaring in een commerciële of salesfunctie, bij voorkeur in de bouw-, techniek of milieusector
Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling, gecombineerd met een neus voor business en marge gedreven beslissingen
Technisch inzicht om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht
Zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding
Aantoonbare ervaring met complexe salestrajecten en meerdere stakeholders
