HR Corporate Culture Project Manager Consultant

Mission Overview:

The HR Corporate Culture Project Manager role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to deliver impactful project management services for our client, focusing on corporate culture transformation.

Mission Context:

In 2025, the client launched a project to change company culture to support strategic ambitions for 2030. You will support and work alongside the Culture Strategic Lead.

Purpose:

Support the successful design, coordination, implementation, and follow-up of the corporate culture program by ensuring strong project management, stakeholder coordination, communication, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project planning, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Risk and issue management.
• Capacity planning and resource management.
• Budget management.
• Performance management.
• Follow-up on project documentation and change control.
• Organize workshops and meetings.
• Support the preparation and execution of change management and engagement activities.
• Prepare agendas, materials, presentations, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
• Follow up on agreed actions and ensure timely completion by stakeholders.
• Maintain the overall project roadmap and identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Support communication activities linked to the culture transformation journey.
• Coordinate surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other culture diagnostics.
• Consolidate qualitative and quantitative feedback from employees and leaders.
• Develop project reporting, dashboards, and progress updates for sponsors and governance bodies.
• Manage project documentation and ensure consistent version control.
• Liaise with HR, Communications, Business teams, and external partners to ensure alignment.
• Monitor adoption and participation indicators and track culture-related KPIs.
• Contribute to the development of workshop materials, toolkits, and culture activation resources.
• Ensure smooth logistical coordination of events, workshops, and interventions.
• Setup and management of SharePoints.
• Other ad hoc tasks related to project or program administration (mails, invites, meeting minutes, document management, preparation of meetings, etc.).

Education:

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in project management.

Languages:

French, Dutch, and English – strong written and spoken communication skills required.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of project management experience.

Technical Experience:

• Strong organizational and project management skills (mandatory).
• Knowledge of HR and culture (preferable).

Business Experience:

• Familiar with project management processes and tools (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams (mandatory).
• Experience working in a large, corporate environment (preferable).
