Voor onze klant, een biotechbedrijf in volle expansie, zijn we op zoek naar toegewijde procesoperatoren.
Na een uitgebreide training in aseptisch/GMP werken en de te volgen procedures, word je als procesoperator onderdeel van het dynamische Operations Team. Samen met je collega-operatoren en teamleiders ondersteun je het dagelijkse aseptische en manuele productieproces volgens strikt bepaalde handelingen en standaardprocedures. Concreet bestaat je takenpakket onder meer uit:
het uitvoeren van productiestappen in gecontroleerde omgevingen (graad A/B/C/D)
spiking
media verversing
celkweek
het invriezen van therapeutische producten
het beheer van apparatuur: controles en onderhoud
nauwkeurige reiniging en desinfectie van materialen
het bieden van ondersteuning bij overgang tussen productiezones
het ervoor zorgen dat patiënten tijdig hoogwaardige therapieën ontvangen

Onze klant, een biotech bedrijf, gevestigd in Zwijnaarde, is een wereldwijd biotechnologiebedrijf dat de innovatieve CAR-T celtheraptie naar Gent brengt. Het bedrijf maakt hiermee dagdagelijks het verschil in het leven van vele patiënten die lijden aan kanker en andere levensbedreigende ziektes.
Ze zijn momenteel in een fase van sterke groei en zoeken gemotiveerde en toegewijde teamleden.

Wat verwacht onze klant van jou?
- Een sterke dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin en passie om het verschil te maken in het leven van patiënten.
- Een heldere communicatie met je collega’s en leidinggevende.
- Je houdt van structuur en orde, bent heel accuraat en bent bereid om in een aseptische omgeving te werken met aangepaste steriele kledij.
- Ervaring in de pharma of biotech is niet vereist aangezien we een volledige training voorzien.
- Je hebt een A2 Diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. De mindset voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid primeert op diploma en achtergrond.
- Je hebt goede PC vaardigheden:

- Je beschikt minstens over een A2 diploma en max een bachelordiploma. De mindset voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid primeert op type diploma en achtergrond.
- Omdat we niet precies kunnen voorspellen waar je in het proces zult zijn, moet je bereid zijn om in al deze zeven diensten te werken: van 6:00 tot 16:00, van 7:00 tot 17:00, van 8:00 tot 18:00, van 10:00 tot 20:00, van 12:00 tot 22:00, van 14:00 tot 00:00 en van 16:00 tot 02:00
