ICT Support Advisor

Our software, "Miles" , is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry .
You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit and play an important role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico’s solution to support and enhance business processes. By collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer needs.
Conduct unit testing to ensure quality and reliability of configured solutions.
Support data migration, document management, and reporting from an in-depth understanding of customer solutions.
Business fluent in English.
Familiar with software implementation lifecycle.
Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and documentation.
Familiarity with ERP software solutions in the automotive or financial services sectors is a plus.
