Empty Template
Als Store Facility Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen, registreren en opvolgen van technische en facility-gerelateerde meldingen (tickets) vanuit onze winkels. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze correct worden verwerkt en opgevolgd volgens de interne procedures en serviceafspraken.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
1. Beheer van tickets en communicatie
- Verwerken van inkomende tickets en doorzetten naar de juiste aannemers via het systeem
- Opvolgen van meldingen tot volledige afhandeling
- Telefonisch en via mail contact met winkels voor bijkomende informatie en statusupdates
- Coördineren van interventies met externe partners en interne diensten
2. Administratie en opvolging
- Verwerken van werkbonnen en facturen in het systeem
- Registreren van onderhouds- en interventierapporten
- Opvolgen van contractafspraken en uitvoering van werken
3. Beheer van winkelpark
- Verantwoordelijk voor een deel van het winkelpark (NL-, FR- en tweetalige filialen)
- Zorgen voor een correcte en efficiënte afhandeling van technische meldingen
4. Systemen en tools
- Werken met o.a. Planon voor het beheer van alle technische componenten binnen het winkelpark
Profiel
Hard skills:
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Frans (gesproken en geschreven)
- Goede kennis van MS Office
- Ervaring met facility management is een plus
- Affiniteit met systemen (zoals Planon) of snel nieuwe tools kunnen aanleren
- Technisch inzicht om problemen correct te analyseren en door te vertalen naar aannemers
