Senior ICT Business Analyst – Target Operating Model
Location: Brussels, Belgium – Hybrid
Duration: Multi-year assignment, subject to client approval
Level: Senior / Expert
We are looking for an experienced Senior ICT Business Analyst to analyse the current IT landscape and support the development of a future IT & Data Target Operating Model (TOM) .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interviews, workshops and validation sessions with senior stakeholders and IT teams.
- Conduct capability and maturity assessments .
- Map processes, services, governance and collaboration models.
- Identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
- Design the future operating, governance, service and organisational models .
- Perform impact assessments covering roles, responsibilities and organisational changes.
Key Requirements
- Strong expertise in Business Architecture and TOM Design .
- Experience with BPMN, Capability Modelling, Process Mapping and Maturity Assessments .
- Strong workshop facilitation, governance and organisational design skills.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments .
- Native/bilingual Dutch and professional working proficiency in English .
