European Schoolnet (EUN Partnership) seeks a dynamic trainee passionate about education and technology to join the Events Team. Responsibilities include assisting in organising both face-to-face and online events, supporting European projects in education innovation, and engaging with colleagues and partners across Europe.

Main tasks:

Assist in organising face-to-face and online events.
Support European education innovation projects.
Handle logistical coordination.
Manage registration processes.
Provide post-event support.
Assist with administrative tasks.

Profile and job description:

• Relevant bachelor's degree. Proficient in MS Office, multimedia, and online platforms. Skilled in Excel. Fluent in English; other languages a plus. Detail-oriented with strong communication and writing abilities. Organised and fast learner that meets deadlines. Flexible team player with interpersonal skills.

•6-month full-time internship starting July 1, 2024. Apply by May 17, 2024, 17:00 CEST. €1100/month stipend, hybrid role with up to 3 remote days per week in Belgium, up to 10 remote days outside Belgium. Location: European Schoolnet, Brussels. EU citizenship or valid Belgian work permit required.

Interview process:

• Selected applicants will undergo an online test (passing this test is mandatory). Successful candidates will have a video conference interview with the Events Manager and Human Resources in June 2024. Due to the high volume of applications, only pre-selected candidates will be notified.
