Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems and enhance AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning components into broader systems and applications.
Lead the design, testing, and deployment of scalable machine learning systems.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML, bringing innovative ideas and practices to the team.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and system performance.

Requirements

Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in machine learning or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and statistical models.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy machine learning models in a production environment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
