Recruiter Life Sciences Ben jij een ervaren recruiter met een passie voor life sciences? Wil je meebouwen aan de groei van Normec Advipro én een sleutelrol spelen binnen onze organisatie? Dan ben jij onze nieuwe Recruiter Life Sciences.
Als life sciences recruiter in de farmaceutische sector speel je een cruciale rol in het aantrekken van consultants die de realisaties van vooraanstaande farmaceutische en biotech-bedrijven mogelijk maken. Je bouwt talent pools uit die de groei van onze organisatie versnellen.
Je werkt nauw samen met het operations department om de beste match te bepalen tussen opportuniteiten bij klanten en jouw pool van kandidaten.
Je adviseert het operations department met inzichten uit data en jouw recruitmentervaring.
Je hebt een hoger diploma en minstens 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment, bij voorkeur in technische bediende profielen, en bent thuis in de wereld van direct search en sourcing.
Met je communicatieve skills en commerciële flair leg je vlot contacten, zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch.
Nederlands en Engels spreek en schrijf je vlot.
Vast contract van onbepaalde duur met een aantrekkelijk loon en loonpakket, afgestemd op jouw ervaring en skills.
- Bovenop je basisloon krijg je een forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding, maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, sinterklaascheques en een bedrijfswagen met tankkaart / laadpas met een extra optie tot fietslease.
