Consultant Risk Management

We are looking for a 3rd Party Risk Business Solution Expert who is analytical organized and passionate about risk management and process improvement to join our Procurement Excellence team at UCB based out of our office in Brussels Belgium.

As a Business Solution Expert you will manage end-to-end projects to improve tools processes and governance in the area of 3rd Party Risk Assessment Monitoring and Signalling. You will be responsible for managing maintaining and upgrading global risk management tools ensuring the correct budget is planned and secured and leading opportunities for improvement with internal stakeholders. You will also design review and maintain the data foundation strategy ensuring all changes and system interactions are well documented and supported by training and best practices.

You will report to the Procurement Excellence leadership and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various departments and levels as well as external partners involved in 3rd party risk management. Manage global tools such as Everstream ProcessUnity (GxP) D&B RapidRatings and their integration with other systems
Ensure correct budget planning and securing for tool maintenance and improvement
Design review and maintain the data foundation strategy for risk management
Establish documentation training and sharing of best practices for all changes and system interactions
Set up and follow up on appropriate reporting for risk management activities
Manage external and internal stakeholder relationships for 3rd party risk-related projects

Bachelors degree required; or Medical Degree (M.Experience with project management and use of project management tools
Strong attention to detail organization and understanding of regulations (GxP training can be provided)
