Our client is a respected organization within the financial services sector . As a medium-sized company, they are committed to delivering excellence in compliance and regulatory adherence.
As a Compliance Officer your responsibilities are:
Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
Investigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches.
Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance department to develop risk mitigation strategies.
A successful Compliance Officer should have:
A degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in compliance within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within the Risk & Compliance department.
